What is one word best describes you?
Loyal

Describe what you are wearing now to our readers.
A fine kilt with my clan colors, which fall beneath Clan Grant.

Do you think the author portrayed you accurately?
Aye, she did a fine job of sharing with the reader who I am.

What makes you laugh out loud?
A good joke told by a bard

What is your favourite dessert?
My favorite dessert is freshly baked bread slathered with butter, and dipped in honey.

What is your favourite drink?
Spiced wine

What is your greatest fear?
My greatest fear is letting down those I love.

What is your favourite colour?
The soft purple of heather

What do you wear when you go to sleep?
Nothing he winks

What is the perfect romantic date?
The perfect romantic date would be sharing a bottle of wine, and sitting on a blanket at the ocean enjoying a brilliant sunset with the lass I love.

How ticklish are you? Where are you ticklish?
Very ticklish all over.

What’s your favourite smell? What does it remind you of?
Having grown up in a close family, the scent of freshly baked bread is my favorite scent as it reminds me of the mornings with my family.

When you look at a woman what catches your interest?
A lass’ eyes always catch me first, for they’re truly windows to ones soul. Second, their wit.

Do you have somebody in your life now?
Aye, an amazing lass, Marie Alesia Serouge. A twist of fate brought our lives together. Who knew that one day the daughter of a king would give me the happily ever after I’ve always yearned for deep inside my heart. I’m blessed to have Marie in my life.

What is one word best describes her?
Strong and fierce. What can I say, she’s an incredible woman, and one word alone canna describe her.

Is your book part of a series?
Aye, “An Oath Sworn” is book 3 in The Oath Trilogy, with book 1, “An Oath Taken”, and book 2, “An Oath Broken”, featuring two of my close friends, Sir Nicholas Beringar, and Giric Armstrong, Earl of Terrick.

What does the future hold for the readers of the series?
With The Oath Trilogy completed, in August 2016 the Forbidden Series begins with the release of book 1, “Forbidden Legacy”.

My Chat with Hell :D

Hello and welcome!

One day late, but I am happy to share this chat with one of the most interesting female characters to date.

You heard of her on my blog as part of a Release Day Blitz back in January. I was really impressed with her after reading part 1.

What is your full name?
Helen, after Helen of Troy

Do you have a nickname?
Yes. Peyton calls me Hell. It’s supposed to be a joke. I think.

What one word best describes you?
One word? Adaptive. I was designed to adapt to whatever conditions surround me. I’m not sure that my creators thought that through fully, but it has it pros and cons, like anyone else’s skills do.

Describe what you are wearing now to our readers.
Well, I’m wearing a shirt. My favourite shirt. It’s the first thing Peyton ever gave me when he woke me from stasis. It’s too big and maybe not the sort of thing girls wear around the Dome where I live, but I love it. It always reminds me of him.

Do you think the author portrayed you accurately?
That’s hard to say. There hasn’t ever been an android like me before. Part machine, part living being. At least, I don’t think there has. So I don’t know how accurate she could be. But I do know that I’m very happy she gave me a hero like Peyton Chase to tell my story with. He’s grumpy and swears too much and drinks whisky. But all of that is because he cares so deeply for the people around him, it hurts him that he can’t always protect the ones he loves. And he’s lost so much, so many friends and family. But he treats me with so much kindness. He doesn’t let his pain stop him from doing what is right. He’s given me shelter when I had nowhere else to go, even though I’m the last thing he ever wanted complicating his life. Even if I wasn’t chemically bonded with him, I know I would love him. Who wouldn’t want to be in a book with a man like that as their lover and friend?

What makes you laugh out loud?
Henry. He used to be just a regular service robot that would help with maintenance around the Dome. But now I’ve reprogrammed him to observe and react to the world around him too. And the joy he has over having joints that move without squeaking… it makes me giggle whenever he twirls his arms around saying, “No squeaks!”
I just wish Peyton was happier with the change too, though. I know I didn’t ask his permission to fix the robot and give him upgrades, but really…I was doing everyone a favour.

What is your favourite dessert?
Anything I don’t have to try to make. You know…food isn’t really my thing. Can we talk about something else?

What is your favourite drink?
I don’t really have a preference.

What is your greatest fear?
After everything I’ve been through in my short life, you’d think it would be pain. But it’s not. Pain I can handle. I can adapt to it if I need to. But being restrained. Trapped, with no escape. That is my greatest fear. And I’m not too excited about complete darkness either.

What is your favourite colour?
Peyton’s warm brown eyes.

What do you wear when you go to sleep?
Nothing. Though I do prefer Peyton.

What is the perfect romantic date?
A date? I don’t know. I’ve never been on a date. I tried to make a romantic breakfast once… but you don’t want to hear about that. Well, I guess it doesn’t really matter what we do as long as I’m with Peyton and that tension he always carries around gets lost in pleasure instead. That is what makes me happy. Being with him and knowing I’ve made a difference in his life.

How ticklish are you? Where are you ticklish?
I’m not ticklish. Unless Peyton wanted me to be. Then I would become ticklish. I can turn things like that on and off to best please my master. My programming matrix was based on that of a, um, pleasure robot, you see. And it’s served me well as a base for my main function of being highly adaptive.

What’s your favourite smell? What does it remind you of?
Peyton. His spicy-scented cleansers and male pheromones were the first things I smelled when he woke me from stasis. It will remind me of him forever and be the scent I crave the most.

When you look at a man what catches your interest?
Well, I’m programmed to find whoever my master is attractive. Luckily, Peyton has a caring and protective personality behind his grumpy exterior. He also has six-pack abs and a strong, muscular body, which is something I’m not going to complain about, heh. When he looks at me and I know he’s interested, even if he’s fighting it, he makes me feel all tingly and hot inside.

Do you have somebody in your life now?
I have Peyton. He’s my current master. I can’t remember too much of my life before we met as my memories were damaged when my creators at The Factory tried to erase them. But whatever the situation was before, he’s my master now.

What one word best describes him?
Grumpy? Snarly? Protective? Sexy as sin? There isn’t one word that can describe him. He’s a complicated man.

Is your book part of a series? What does the future hold for the readers of the series?
Yes it is. My story is a long one, so it is being released in parts, one part each month. The first part is out right now. Part 2 released on February 10th, which was yesterday!

There are 4 parts so far, but there may be more.

I’m not quite sure what the future holds for Peyton and I, but I’m nervous. I don’t really remember anything about my past, but the people who created me are looking for me. I ran away, you see… straight into Peyton’s arms, and although he’s planning on fighting for me, to keep me safe, I don’t want to see him get caught in the crossfire. I’m scared to go back to The Factory, but what if that’s the only place I can find out the answers to the questions I have burning inside? Why was I made? And why did my makers try to kill me? And what is this voice I keep hearing inside that’s so familiar? I can almost remember when it speaks to me…

He was the best of men. The only man…

…the only man who ever made me feel truly safe. Remember that. If nothing else, I want you to remember him…

It got a new name, a new cover which hopefully it will not take long to change over permanently at all e-stores.

TADA!!!! A New Earth Series‘ new look, the new name is “Project Hell”. I loved the previous covers, but I think the new ones are reflecting the story really well.

The covers were created by Lucian Bane and I think he did an awesome job. He is a new author for me, I will have to check out the books, I did a little stalking on his website, looks yummy. Thanks a lot Kate!!! My TBR pile is groaning LOL

“A great start to this new series. I read it in almost one sitting, fell asleep with the iPad on my face… now I can say I drooled over Peyton’s LOL

A short story that has the unique signature of Ms. Kates, building the base of the new world that will be the series. Quite an interesting premise and being a fan of the scifi genre, the concept picked my interest, add the mix or suspense, danger, intrigue, erotica and romance… I want more and can’t wait for Part 2.”

I have mixed feelings about this book. On one hand I am looking forward excitedly to see the end of the Drazon, the ultimate evil in the Elven world who plagued the lives of so many generations of Elves and the reunification of all the Elven Kingdoms. On the other hand, I am feeling sad because my love, Lothrariel, my Elven book boyfriend, will be finally claimed by his Life Mate, S’Larea and I will not be able to say MINEMINEMINE anymore… but I will keep him mine in my heart forever; also with this book the Elven Chronicles comes to and end ;(

For those of you who follow the Elven Chronicles, do not despair. This series will end, BUT there will be more Elven stories coming and I have to tell you, they will be awesome. You’ll have to thank in part M. A. Abraham’s Elven Elite Squad, the author’s street team, for voting for more. They ROCK!!!
