A black, high thread count, wool tuxedo, immaculately starched white silk shirt, gold cufflinks, and a smile.

Do you think the author portrayed you accurately?
She did her best. Honestly, though, do you think any writer portrays their characters the way the characters want?

What makes you laugh out loud?
Watching children playing.

What is your favourite dessert?
Decadent chocolate cake filled with fresh raspberry jam.

What is your favourite drink?
A very dry, very aged Krug champagne.

What is your greatest fear?
Being forgotten when I die.

What is your favourite colour?
The color of my love’s hair… cinnamon with a touch of gold.

What do you wear when you go to sleep?
Come now, do you actually think I will reveal this?

What is the perfect romantic date?
One where I can surprise the woman I love.

How ticklish are you? Where are you ticklish?
I am not, but I am a good tickler!

What’s your favourite smell? What does it remind you of?
The forest after a good rain. Reminds me of my grandfather’s pipe tobacco.

When you look at a woman what catches your interest?
The way she carries herself. I guess you could say her confidence. Her smile. Her ability to put others at ease.

Do you have somebody in your life now?
Yes, I most certainly do.

What is one word best describes her?
Ravishing

Is your book part of a series? What does the future hold for the readers of the series?
This is only the beginning of my story. Since my writer saw only a photo and formed this short story, I have so much more for her to share. It may be awhile though.

My review
“They Danced All Night” by Grace Augustine is a short story indeed, so much potential. I am left to imagine how Grant and Annabelle managed to keep their relationship a secret. I would have liked to know a little more about them and maybe a glimpse into what comes next. – 3 stars
