Cover Reveal – Trevor and the Giant Problem

I am excited to be part of the design and reveal of the cover for the debut book by Alexander and Erin Cristofoli!

Trevor is excited when he receives an unexpected gift from his Grampa, but when he finds out what it is, his excitement quickly fades away.

An old lamp.

It looks pretty ordinary to him. But, as Trevor falls asleep, he soon finds out that all is not as it seems.

Thrown into a strange world, Trevor finds himself alone. To make matters worse, he must face one giant problem.

Do you have a nickname?

When I’m gaming, I go by GWA (Gacha with Alex). My mom uses her own name.

What makes you laugh out loud?

Laughing out loud. Just kidding. My friends and playing board games with our family.

What is your favourite smell? What does it remind you of?

I enjoy a nice lavender or sweet pea. My mom loves vanilla, cinnamon rolls and freshly baked bread.

Favourite place to spend time in.

I spend most of my time in our computer room. Mom likes to hang out in the living room with our dog

Favourite book and why.

My favourite book is Keeper of the Lost Cities as it is a mix between Harry Potter and D&D. My mom likes reading Harry Potter.

Favourite movie and why.

My mom likes Labyrinth and I like The Princess Bride.

How did the idea of the book come about?

I just thought that writing books instead of reading them would be a fun change of pace. My mom was trying to find a new idea to write about, so we worked together to make this.

Who is your intended audience and why should they read your book?

I’d say around 6 to 8 years old

What is next in your writing?

We plan to make this a full series for kids to enjoy and read.
