Hello and welcome!
I joined the ‘Get Your Sh*t Together Challenge’ 😀
I first heard of it on Rosanna Leo‘s blog post, followed the link to the original creator of the challenge, Herding Cats & Burning Soup blog. An interesting post and it came at the right time.
I was chatting with my BFF last week when I said that things come to me when I need them, I just have to believe. I need little reminders when I am ready to throw in the towel.
So yes, I AM JOINING in because I need to do something about the colossal to-do-list. I always kick myself when a deadline is looming and I procrastinated each day with tomorrow is another day, although I’ve been dealing with some medical issues and pain is not conducive to do anything. Breaking it down will help me overcome the panic that creeps up on me when I think about it. Lots of the tasks are about getting rid of stuff that brings sad or painful memories. So I am looking forward to getting rid of mental and physical junk, also getting my health back.
Check out the post, there is a printable list that you can use to get ideas and things checked off.
Today I will sit down and make a plan for the next 6 days, each day tackling one small task. So I challenge you to pick one thing to change this week, what will it be?
I will be posting in a week and give you my results. Hope you will drop by and tell me what YOU did.
Until next time… read a book, listen to a book and don’t forget to show your love by leaving a review!
That’s been me – procrastinating. Still have to go thru closets and drawers of my husbands things and basically clean the whole place out. Amazing what I’ve collected the 37 years I have lived here. Hopefully with the weather cooling off I can get started! Good luck Eniko, I know you can do it!!
Hi Betty! I think in your case is understandable, take your time, don’t rush it, it will be done when YOU are ready. Make sure you have somebody there to keep you company when you do. HUGS
Thank you Eniko., I can handle it myself – have done some already. Going through his things brings back so many lovely memories and he’ll always be in my heart. Just knowing he’s not in pain anymore really made it easier for me.
Wishing you the best, hope all works out. Everyone know what I am doing, I blab all over the place. So we will leave it at that. Procrastinating is my middle name. I have to really pull up my socks and get things done here.
LOL you are funny MA! I think you do more than most, busy bee that you are.
And thanks for being my biggest cheerleader, you have front row view of my life and you are still here XOXO
I have no doubt you will be a champion at this challenge!
Thank you Rosanna! I will do my best 😉
Yay! Thanks for joining in! My list had gotten massive so hoping this helps me out, too! Good luck this week with your prompts!
