Hello and welcome!
Today I have a guest who I met quite a while ago and I thought you should meet him too. He is sweet, charming and oh so yummy looking 😀
Please welcome Trent!
What is your full name?
Trent Merlin Harvard, but I don’t use the middle one.
Do you have a nickname?
Depends on Diamond’s mood, or the girls. Yes, they tend to pick on me.
What is one word best describes you?
One word? Opinionated? I can be like that.
Describe what you are wearing now to our readers.
I just came from the job site, so I am in a sweat shirt and a pair of jeans, I hope you don’t mind.
I don’t mind at all 😀
Do you think the author portrayed you accurately?
No, I am not nearly that stubborn, nor am that opinionated. I am a very understanding and compassionate man.
What makes you laugh out loud?
My girls when they are practicing their dance moves with Diamond.
What is your favourite dessert?
I am a simple man, but I love pineapple cheese cake.
What is your favourite drink?
I like to round off my day with a scotch, smooth, without ice. Not the cheap stuff though, 100 year plus.
What is your greatest fear?
After what I went through in that book? Allowing any of my women on another flight.
What is your favourite colour?
I love green, any shade of it, reminds me of the outdoors.
What do you wear when you go to sleep?
Depends what I have in mind before I go to bed, usually pajama bottoms, for some reasons the tops never get worn, at least not by me.
What is the perfect romantic date?
I love to spend time on the beach, so I would say watching the moon rise over the ocean.
sigh isn’t he romantic?
How ticklish are you? Where are you ticklish?
Promise you won’t tell Diamond and the girls? My feet, I won’t tell you the rest, my skin is very sensitive.
What’s your favourite smell? What does it remind you of?
I love the smell of oranges and lemons, they are so fresh and clean, reminds me of the cakes my mother used to make… ever have a chiffon cake?
Actually I did! Mary Ann made me one when I went for a visit and it is heavenly. I ate most of it too 😀
When you look at a woman what catches your interest?
Her hair, I love a woman with long beautiful hair that gleams in the light and is soft to the touch.
Do you have somebody in your life now?
Diamond, I never thought it would get to that point, but it did.
What is one word best describes her?
Graceful. She is a prima ballerina.
Is your book part of a series?
No, it was a stand alone.
Thank you so much Trent for coming for a chat.

Thanks for dropping by and I hope you enjoyed the chat with Trent.
He hails from “Dance Ballerina, Dance” by one of my fave authors, M. A. Abraham.
Diamond Taylor didn’t think twice about what she was going to do when she heard her grandmother was on her deathbed. She immediately took a leave of absence from her position as Prima Ballerina and boarded a plane for Sydney and home. She wasn’t prepared for what she found when she got there, a dying grandmother, a grieving grandfather, and both prepared to do whatever it took to make sure she was matched with their neighbor who they had all but adopted.
Trent was doing everything he could do to help his neighbors, they were like family to him and his wards considered them equivalent to grandparents. It was such a tragedy that the only member of their own family didn’t care enough to bother coming to be by their side, though that was about to change. The last thing he expected was someone like Diamond Taylor and his reaction to the dark-haired beauty. She was a complication he didn’t need in his life, but couldn’t help reaching for with both hands.
Diamond and Trent took one look at each other and it was hate at first sight, or was it? No matter what, they were being railroaded into an unwanted marriage by her matchmaking grandparents and the truce they declared to make the last days of her grandmothers life happy were about to bind them in ways neither expected. The question was, could they make it continue to work later, when there was no reason left to pretend?
